One-North Eden, a new launch condominium along one-north Gateway and Slim Barracks Road in one-north business park, is developed by TID Residential. The joint venture between Hong Leong Holdings and Mitsui Fudosan Co. submitted the highest bid for the land parcel in a hotly contested Government Land Sale. The GLS at one-north Gateway site garnered 9 bids when the tender closed, with the top offer of $155.7 million or $1,001 psf pfr lodged by TID Residential.
The demand for the One-North Eden site was unsurprising given its palatable size and strategic location. The growing tenant pool, as well as the limited options available in the private residential market around One-North Eden location has motivated the 9 developers to compete for the rare land plot available. The last residential site in the One-North Eden vicinity was launched in 2005.
Conceptualised in 2001, one-north is a vibrant work-live-play-learn research and business park that serves as a fertile ground for collaboration, innovation and business growth.
